• Site Visit Measure the exterior dimensions of the existing home, and evaluate interior & exterior spaces as needed.

• Consultation Services Work together with you to identify space requirements and desired features for your ADU project (up to 5 hours).

• Concept Development Design a preliminary concept floor plan that integrates existing and new spaces (includes one revision, as needed).

• Renderings Provide exterior elevation renderings and 3D rendering of the proposed concept design (includes one revision, as needed).

• Preliminary Site Plan Ensure compliance with the local ADU zoning regulations of your town and prepare a preliminary site plan.

• Cost Estimation Develop a proposal for your custom ADU project per the concept design aforementioned (includes one revision, as needed).
