Breno Neri - President at Contemporary Tiny Homes

Breno Neri

Co-Founder & President

As the Co-Founder and President of Contemporary Tiny Homes, I’m driven by a deep passion for making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I truly believe that the homes we create can transform the way people live—whether it's bringing families closer together through multigenerational living or helping homeowners generate passive income to ease the financial burden of rising costs. In a world where the housing crisis and high inflation weigh heavily on so many, I’m proud to be part of a solution that offers real opportunities for comfort, security, and growth.

With over 20 years of leadership experience across technology, finance, consulting, and pharmaceuticals, I’ve had the privilege of starting products, services, and teams from the ground up, both in my own startup and in large corporations. But what excites me most is the chance to build something that truly matters—homes that not only meet a need but also enrich lives.

Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from spending time with my wonderful husband and our four beautiful children. You’ll often find me sailing the open waters or riding my motorcycle, embracing the adventures that life brings.

I'm a major tiny home enthusiast. I love the architectural style, the low impact and carbon footprint, the fact that it brings families closer together and can also be used to increase revenue. I regularly review the latest in tiny home trends and styles and also enjoy speaking with tiny home owners to see how they are putting theirs to use.

I have worked in finance for over 20 years. Currently, I'm a senior vice president in a large finance organization in NYC, doing business and process analysis and improvement, as well as project management. My goal has always been to meet the needs of the customer, while balancing out with full stakeholder management.

My wonderful family is of the utmost importance to me. Additionally, I enjoy DJing events, as well as playing violin, piano and dancing. I love to network and learn of people's unique stories.
