With 20+ years of leadership experience across technology, finance, consulting, and pharmaceuticals, Breno Neri brings a strategic, mission-driven mindset to Contemporary Tiny Homes. As Co-Founder and President, he helps make ADU projects clearer, more practical, and more accessible for Connecticut homeowners who want flexible living space for family, rental income, comfort, and long-term security. Breno is driven by a deep passion for creating homes that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. His purpose is to help homeowners use the land they already own to solve real needs, whether that means keeping family close, creating a private in-law suite, supporting aging parents, generating passive income, or building a future downsizing option. Before founding Contemporary Tiny Homes, Breno held leadership roles across service, product, technology, and team growth, including experience building and scaling teams in both startup and large corporate environments. That background gives him a strong ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and guide CTH with a balance of innovation, structure, and homeowner-focused decision-making. At CTH, Breno is especially proud to be part of a solution that gives families more options in a time when housing costs and inflation make comfort, security, and growth harder to achieve. Outside of work, Breno’s greatest joy comes from spending time with his husband and their four children. As Co-Founder and Advisor, he helps guide CTH with a focus on smart design, practical planning, long-term value, and a smoother experience for homeowners exploring ADUs and tiny homes. Andrew is passionate about the potential of ADUs to help families stay close, reduce environmental impact, and create flexible space that can also support rental income. His purpose is to help homeowners understand how a thoughtfully designed ADU can meet real needs today while creating more options for the future. As a longtime tiny home enthusiast, Andrew appreciates the architecture, efficient use of space, low impact, and smaller carbon footprint that make ADUs and tiny homes such practical housing solutions. Construction Project Manager
With 7+ years of experience across construction operations, real estate, project management, property management, procurement, logistics, and multi-family investment oversight, James Kitt helps homeowners turn complex ADU, renovation, and construction projects into organized, buildable plans. His background includes managing a $3M+ multi-family portfolio, planning and executing renovation and construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, permits, financing, design, and cost-control strategies. James brings a disciplined, hands-on approach to every project, shaped by his experience as a real estate salesperson, property manager, general contractor, owner-operator, and Engineer Officer in the Connecticut Army National Guard. In the Guard, he developed strong skills in operational planning, team leadership, logistics management, safety, and construction execution. At Contemporary Tiny Homes, James applies that experience to ADUs, tiny homes, and smaller-scale remodels that help homeowners make better use of their property. His purpose is to create spaces that support family, rental income, long-term property value, and smarter use of the land homeowners already own. Based in Fairfield County, James lives with his wife and their two British Shorthair cats, Smudge and Tater. With 8+ years of experience in residential construction and project management, Julia Henry helps homeowners move through the building process with clarity, care, and confidence. Her background spans remodeling, additions, exteriors, new home construction, high-end renovations, full home rehabs, and ground-up builds. She is also a licensed Connecticut home renovation contractor with hands-on experience managing budgets, schedules, permits, material coordination, crews, subcontractors, inspections, CT code compliance, and homeowner communication. Before joining Contemporary Tiny Homes, Julia founded and operated residential construction businesses focused on roofing, siding, exterior renovations, remodeling, additions, and custom home construction. Through Henry’s Roofing & Siding and Henry’s Construction & Remodeling, she managed full project lifecycles from estimates and procurement to construction, inspections, change orders, and final walkthroughs. At CTH, Julia applies that experience to ADUs, tiny homes, and smaller-scale remodels that need both technical oversight and thoughtful homeowner support. Her purpose is to create warm, functional, and sustainable spaces that support real family needs while making each project feel organized, personal, and well-managed from start to finish. John Andrin

With 30+ years of experience across construction project management, architectural project management, owner’s representation, design coordination, engineering coordination, residential construction, commercial construction, affordable housing, renovations, and new builds, John Andrin helps turn ADU plans into well-built, code-compliant homes managed with care from start to finish. His background includes managing high-profile construction projects up to 800,000 square feet with budgets valued up to $900 million, while keeping projects aligned with schedule, budget, quality standards, and client expectations. Before joining Contemporary Tiny Homes, John led projects across Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey, including residential renovations, affordable housing developments, commercial fit-outs, restaurant new builds and remodels, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, nonprofit, media, broadcasting, and corporate office projects. His experience includes managing pre-construction, design coordination, permitting, contractor selection, budgets, schedules, construction execution, punch lists, and closeout. At CTH, John applies that depth of experience to ADUs, tiny homes, and smaller-scale residential projects that require both practical construction knowledge and careful coordination. His purpose is to bring structure, communication, and real-world construction leadership to each project so homeowners feel confident that their ADU is being built with quality, safety, and long-term livability in mind. One of his long-term dreams is to acquire waterfront property in Costa Rica where he can build several tiny homes, one for each family member, creating a shared place to gather while still honoring individual comfort and privacy.

Her expertise includes project coordination, procurement, permitting, budgeting, consultant management, construction administration, and project closeout. She has successfully led projects from concept through completion while balancing quality, schedule, budget, and design intent. Known for her detail-oriented and collaborative approach, Gia works effectively with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and well-executed projects. Rojilin thrives on bringing structure and clarity to complex operations and is passionate about using systems and processes to create exceptional customer experiences. Her excitement for tiny homes stems from their potential to offer sustainable, efficient living—values that align perfectly with her love for streamlined systems and meaningful impact.
